What "fully custom" actually means
Most suppliers say they do OEM. Below is the level of detail we work at — check it against any other quotation you receive.
Custom GSM
Fabric weight specified to your requirement — tell us your target GSM and we match it.
Custom Size
Receiving, swaddle, crib, stroller and toddler sizes, or fully bespoke dimensions.
Custom Colour
Pantone-matched dyes and solid colour ranges for a coordinated collection.
Custom Printing
Your own artwork printed to your specification, produced in-house.
Custom Label
Woven and printed labels, hangtags and embroidery — full private label.

Process
How a private label order runs
Enquiry & Quotation
Send your spec, target price and quantity. Quotation with unit price, lead time and sampling plan within 24 working hours.
Sampling & Approval
Swatches, strike-offs and pre-production samples before bulk; sampling lead time confirmed with your quotation.
Pattern Making & Cutting
Patterns drafted to your specification; fabric cut for accurate sizing and minimal waste.
Sewing & Finishing
Stitched with the appropriate seam finish, including wavy and scalloped edges; labels and hangtags applied.
Quality Inspection
Full-process QC: incoming fabric tested for GSM, colour fastness and formaldehyde; every finished item checked before packing.
Packaging & Shipping
Custom labels and retail packaging, then EXW or FOB Tianjin — dispatched from Tianjin Port or Huanghua Port.
Your artwork is safe
We never reuse a customer's design
Your artwork, your prints and your brand stay yours. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request, keep artwork files access-controlled, and never place your design on anyone else's order.
- NDA on request — signed before artwork is shared.
- Strike-off approval — you approve a printed sample before bulk production.
- Photo reports — production photos sent at each stage.
